Many a times I used to say a quote “If you cannot convince them, confuse them!” amongst my friends and never knew who said that or if even that was a real quote said by some personality!

Well it’s no more a secret for me. The famous personality is Harry S Truman (33rd president of US (1884 - 1972) :)
